"Showed up faster than I thought"
I ordered this for something I needed around the house, and it actually arrived sooner than I expected. Everything went smoothly, and the delivery felt reliable

"I was happy with this..."
I was happy with this hair. It feels thick and really soft, and it blends in with my own hair better than I expected. The texture is nice too, definitely better than I thought it would be. I’d say it’s worth trying if you’re looking for something that feels natural.

"Honestly, so easy to clip in"
I’m actually really happy with my Lullabellz hair, like I thought it might be a whole thing to put in but it was so much easier than I expected. I literally clipped it in in about 5 minutes and was ready to go, which is ideal because I’m always rushing. It stayed put all day too, didn’t feel heavy or like it was pulling, and I kind of forgot I even had it in after a while. Just really easy and looked nice without loads of effort. I’d definitely buy again.

"Decent for the price, but I felt kind of overlooked"
The hair looked really nice when I first got it, and the price wasn’t too bad, so I was hopeful. But it started tangling faster than I expected, which was disappointing. It’s not the worst value, but I thought it would last a little longer. Also, the whole experience made me feel more like a ticket number than an actual customer.

"I was a bit unsure about..."
I was a bit unsure about ordering hair online, because my shade can be annoying to match and I’ve had bad luck with that before.
I went off the photos on the site and checked my own hair in natural light, and the colour that arrived was pretty much bang on. It didn’t have that odd orange tint some shades can have, which was a relief.
It blended in easily enough and meant I didn’t have to mess around dyeing it. Happy with it overall, and I’d probably order again...

"Support got back to me really fast"
I reached out to support sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and they replied way quicker than I expected. They understood the issue and got it sorted without much back and forth. Really appreciated how easy it was
